CEO Pamela Jones A.K.A. ‘Pastor Pam’
Pamela Boykin Jones is a highly energetic, courageous and tenacious female executive with many years of experience in executive level human resources management in high performance cultures that emphasize empowerment, collaboration, quality outcomes, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
She is very experienced in being innovative and developing successful business strategies containing goals, objectives, success indicators and action steps. Pamela has the ability to work with persons of diverse cultural and varying socio-economic backgrounds and is highly skilled in capacity building with the noted expertise in managing and bringing large numbers of people together to successfully accomplish goals. Mrs. Jones managed multiple locations nationally and internationally with budgets exceeding ten (10) million dollars in her role as a former Vice President at Merrill Lynch. Other past career roles include her being a Director at the College of New Jersey and a Director at Dun and Bradstreet.
Currently, she is the CEO and founder of a successful collaborative non-profit faith-based organization (Communities In Cooperation, Inc.) working with the incarcerated and the formerly incarcerated population, impoverished and fragile families, and at risk youth in Union and Essex Counties. She has sustained this organization from 2004 though present. Pamela has her Masters in Organizational Leadership & Development and is a certified organizational developer. She is also an ordained minister pastoring Liberating Word Ministries in North Newark, NJ which is a highly successful start up ministry commencing June 2006. She is married to her childhood sweetheart; David L. Jones and has two daughters; Tiffanie L. Jones and Dr. Tremaine Jones Afetorgbor. “For my husband and I, we are no longer working in our careers, rather we are living our dreams to help others with compassion and with sincerity by setting goals and achieving outcomes that make a difference in people’s lives” says ‘Pastor Pam’.
