CEO Pamela Jones A.K.A. 'Pastor Pam'

Pamela Boykin Jones is a highly ener­getic, coura­geous and tena­cious female exec­u­tive with many years of expe­ri­ence in exec­u­tive level human resources man­age­ment in high per­for­mance cul­tures that empha­size empow­er­ment, col­lab­o­ra­tion, qual­ity out­comes, pro­duc­tiv­ity and stan­dards, goal attain­ment, and the recruit­ment and ongo­ing devel­op­ment of a supe­rior work­force.

She is very expe­ri­enced in being inno­v­a­tive and devel­op­ing suc­cess­ful busi­ness strate­gies con­tain­ing goals, objec­tives, suc­cess indi­ca­tors and action steps.  Pamela has the abil­ity to work with per­sons of diverse cul­tural and vary­ing socio-eco­nomic back­grounds and is highly skilled in capac­ity build­ing with the noted exper­tise in man­ag­ing and bring­ing large num­bers of peo­ple together to suc­cess­fully accom­plish goals. Mrs. Jones man­aged mul­ti­ple loca­tions nation­ally and inter­na­tion­ally with bud­gets exceed­ing ten  (10) mil­lion dol­lars in her role as a for­mer Vice Pres­i­dent at Mer­rill Lynch. Other past career roles include her being a Direc­tor at the Col­lege of New Jer­sey and a Direc­tor at Dun and Brad­street.

Cur­rently, she is the CEO and founder of a suc­cess­ful col­lab­o­ra­tive non-profit faith-based orga­ni­za­tion (Com­mu­ni­ties In Coop­er­a­tion, Inc.) work­ing with the incar­cer­ated and the for­merly incar­cer­ated pop­u­la­tion, impov­er­ished and frag­ile fam­i­lies, and at risk youth in Union and Essex Coun­ties. She has sus­tained this orga­ni­za­tion from 2004 though present. Pamela has her Mas­ters in Orga­ni­za­tional Lead­er­ship & Devel­op­ment and is a cer­ti­fied orga­ni­za­tional devel­oper. She is also an ordained min­is­ter pas­tor­ing Lib­er­at­ing Word Min­istries in North Newark, NJ which is a highly suc­cess­ful start up min­istry com­menc­ing June 2006. She is mar­ried to her child­hood sweet­heart; David L. Jones and has two daugh­ters; Tiffanie L. Jones and Dr. Tremaine Jones Afe­torg­bor. “For my hus­band and I, we are no longer work­ing in our careers, rather we are liv­ing our dreams to help oth­ers with com­pas­sion and with sin­cer­ity by set­ting goals and achiev­ing out­comes that make a dif­fer­ence in people’s lives” says ‘Pas­tor Pam’.
